Back Orders
If the book(s) you require is/are not in stock we will notify you and will only record your back order at your request.
Discount Codes
If you have a discount code, enter it in the discount code box during the checkout process and click on APPLY CODE. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been processed, and no refunds will be given.
Tax Charges
VAT/Tax is due on all multimedia products for UK and EC supplies only.
VAT/Tax is not applicable for printed books.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed through our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and our service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it within 30 days in good condition for a full refund.
